The Stone House
The Stone House Manassas project was created for my Typography 2 course at Northern Virginia Community College. For this project, I was tasked with creating a book layout based on provided information and text about The Stone House of Manassas, incorporating all required content into the design. Using my own photography, logo design, and layout design, I focused on capturing an "Old Meets New" theme that bridged the historical significance of the Stone House with a modern audience. The design aimed to reflect the rich history of the landmark while making it relevant and engaging for contemporary readers. Adobe InDesign and Photoshop were the primary tools used to bring the project to life, allowing me to merge typography, imagery, and design elements into a cohesive and visually appealing book layout.
